Phoneside competition rules – Conditions [December 2023]

Contest Rules **Instagram Contest Rules**

**Article 1 - Game Organization**

The Phoneside brand, owned by the company MAKAGENCY, whose registered office is located at 7 Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, 93600, Aulnay-sous-Bois, France, is organizing a contest on the social network Instagram and TikTok.

**Article 2 - Participants**

The game is open to any individual residing in France and aged 15 at the time of participation. Employees of Phoneside and any company involved in organizing the game, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

**Article 3 - Terms of Participation**

Participation in the contest is exclusively via Instagram and TikTok. To enter, participants must: 1. Follow the Phoneside Instagram or TikTok account; 2. Like the contest post; 3. Tag 3 friends in the comments; Each participant may only enter once. Any entry that does not comply with these conditions will be considered void.

**Article 4 - Winner Selection**

The winner will be drawn at random from among the participants who have met all the participation requirements. The draw will be conducted randomly and transparently.

**Article 5 - Endowments**

The winner will receive the prize mentioned. The prize is final and cannot be contested, nor can its equivalent value be exchanged for cash or any other goods.

**Article 6 - Winner Announcement**

The winner will be announced on the Instagram and TikTok account of Phoneside le. The winner will also be contacted via private message on Instagram or TikTok to obtain the information necessary for the prize delivery.

**Article 7 - Personal Data**

The personal data collected for this competition will only be used to manage participants' entries. Participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

**Article 8 - Responsibility**

There The Phoneside brand cannot be held responsible for any problems related to internet connection, technical malfunction, or any other reason preventing participation in the game.

**Article 9 - Amendment to the Regulations**

There The Phoneside brand reserves the right to modify these rules in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any changes.

**Article 10 - Validity of the competition**

For the draw to take place, the competition must have a minimum of 400 entries.
