** Article 1-Organization of the Game **

The Phoneside brand, owned by the company MAKAGENCY, whose head office is located at 7 place of the town hall, 93600, Aulnay-sous-Bois, France, is organizing a competition game on the social network Instagram and TikTok.

** Article 2 - Participants **

The game is open to any natural person residing in France and aged 15 at the time of their participation. Employees of Phoneside and any company participating in the organization of the game, as well as their relatives, are not allowed to participate.

** Article 3-Participation modalities **

Participation in the game is carried out exclusively on Instagram and TikTok. To participate, participants must: 1. Follow Phoneside's Instagram account or TikTok ; 2. Like the publication of the contest game; 3. Mmention 3 friends in the comments; Each participant can participate only once. Any participation that does not meet these conditions will be considered zero.

** Article 4-Selection of the Winner **

The winner will be drawn from among the participants who have met all the conditions of participation. The draw will be carried out in a random and transparent manner.

**Article 5 - Dotations**

The winner will win the mentioned lot. The allocation cannot give rise to any dispute, nor to the delivery of their counter-value in money or any other good.

** Article 6-Announce of the Winner **

The winner will be announced on the Instagram account and TikTok of Phoneside on. The winner will also be contacted by private message on Instagram or TikTok for the information needed to deliver the staffing.

** Article 7-Personal Data **

Personal data collected as part of the contest game will only be used for the purpose of managing the participation of participants. Participants benefit from a right of access, rectification and deletion of their personal data.

** Article 8-Liability **

LA Phoneside brand cannot be held responsible in the event of a problem related to the internet connection, a technical malfunction, or any other reason preventing participation in the game.

** Article 10-Validity of the competition game **

For the draw to take place, the competition must have at least 400 participations.
