What is the minimum quantity for an order of personalized items ?
👉 We can customize our items from 5 roomsYou can find our packages directly on our website, available from this quantity. However, to benefit from more advantageous rates, we recommend lots from 20 pieces Or 50 pieces.
What are the production and delivery times ?
👉 Production times include marking times and are 2 weeks after validation of the order (including validation of the model – BAT) and receipt of payment.
Delivery in France is generally carried out under 24 to 48 hours via UPS.
For other countries, we work with carriers such as Chronopost in order to guarantee optimal deadlines.
Can you ensure delivery in less than a week ?
👉 Yes, it's absolutely possible. We offer an express option that allows for faster customization and branding of products, with expedited delivery. This option is more expensive and depends on current availability.
Can I receive a sample before ordering ?
👉 Yes, of course. It is entirely possible to receive a non-personalized sample after requesting a quote, or by contacting us directly by email at contact@phoneside.com.
Is it possible to get a personalized sample of a product ?
👉 Yes, it is absolutely possible. However, a fee will be applied for the customization of the sample. To do this, we invite you to contact us either by email at contact@phoneside.com, or via the form available on our site at this address: Contact form.
However, we recommend testing the product with a simple, non-personalized sample. The mock-up (BAT) is often sufficient to clearly visualize the customization and helps speed up the ordering process.
What is a BAT/Digital model ?
👉 The BAT, or digital model, is a visual validation of the personalized product before its production. It allows you to check the location, size and colors of the marking to avoid any errors.
Once the BAT or model has been validated, this serves as confirmation to start the marking. Validation of the BAT is essential to finalize and validate the order.
What file format should I send to send you the ? logo
👉 Your logo must be sent to the vector format to ensure high quality marking. Accepted formats are .ai, .pdf, .eps, Or .svg.
What types of markings do you offer to personalize products ?
👉 Types of markings may include multi-color digital printing, one-color pad printing Or laser engraving. It depends on the products. Some are customizable with a specific type of marking, while others require different techniques.
Can you deliver directly to our customers or collaborators ?
👉 Yes, we can deliver to a single address or to multiple addresses that you provide in a CSV or Excel file. We offer flexible solutions, whether for named shipments or deliveries to a single point.
What payment methods are accepted ?
👉 You can make your payment by bank transfer or by mapIf you wish to pay by card, simply request a payment link after receiving your quote.
